Draft — must be reviewed by a lawyer before launch. This outline reflects how the platform is built; legal wording is still required under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.

What we store

Your account details, bookings, payments, and Mind Check results only if you save them. Chat messages are stored by our messaging provider so you and your therapist can read them. Card and UPI details are handled by Razorpay; we never see them.

Who can see it

Your conversations are visible only to you and the therapist in them. Therapist notes are encrypted and visible only to the therapist who wrote them. Our team can't read conversations unless a message is reported.

Where it's stored

In India (Mumbai) where our providers allow it.

Your rights

You can download your data or permanently delete your account from Settings. Payment records are kept for as long as tax law requires.
