Cancellations and refunds

Full refund if a therapist declines or doesn't respond to a chat request within 5 minutes, or misses a session. Video sessions cancelled more than 24 hours ahead are refunded in full; within 24 hours, 50%.

Not an emergency service

The Mind Key doesn't provide diagnosis or emergency care. If you are in danger, call 112 or Tele-MANAS on 14416.
